INGC is successfully developing a vector of long-term cooperation with the countries of Central Asia (Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan) and far-abroad countries in terms of manufacture and delivery of modern compressor equipment and it is actively proceeding with deliveries to the African continent – two years ago, a screw compressor unit (SCU) was delivered to the Republic of the Congo and in 2022, two reciprocating compressor units (RCU) were manufactured and delivered to the Republic of Cameroon.
Under this project, INGC has manufactured and delivered complete 1.4 MW RCUs for PerencoRep S.A.R.L. (France) which will be located on the offshore platform for their subsequent operation. Both units have been manufactured at INGC facility in Perm and they are equipped with COOPER CFH64 reciprocating compressor and Nidec CT 500 Y6 electric motor.
“Under the control of INGC specialists, the frame has been assembled on the platform, the compressor frame, cylinders and motor have been installed and oil line has been assembled. This is the first compressor unit for INGC which has been, manufactured in accordance with all requirements of the Shipping Register for the equipment operation in the sea shelf area. In the nearest possible time, a departure of our specialists to perform commissioning work at the facility has been planned”, said Sergey Leonidovich Tokarev, Deputy General Director for External Works, Head of INGC Service Department.
