Since 2010 INGC Company has been developing and manufacturing: Reciprocating and screw compressor units (RCU/SCU), Packaged Modular compressor units (MCU), Centrifugal gas compressor units (CGU), Gas turbine power units (GPU), and major components and units supplied to other Russian and foreign manufacturers of gas compressor units.

The company has more than 20 regions of supply, including: in the Russian Federation, to the countries of the near and far abroad (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Congo, Cameroon, etc.).
At the present moment more than 500 employees are employed by the Company. All welders are NACWP certified. All managers and specialists have higher professional education, including candidates of sciences and Doctor of Engineering. Occupational grades of workers are assigned in line with the requirements set forth for product manufacturing and test processes.
The Company runs its own Design Bureau where 120 specialists are employed. These specialists develop design documents in compliance with both national technical specifications and GOSTs and API.
All types of calculations and design documentation are made independently, licensed software is used: «Autodesk Inventor»; «Compass»; «Ansys Mechanical Pro»; «Ansys CFD Premium», as well as software for calculating compressor modes (including «Ariel», «Baker Hughes», etc.).
The Company has 25 invention and utility model patents for the Centrifugal gas compressor units –«Irtysh». The Company’s Design Bureau has developed technical specifications for the «Irtysh» - Centrifugal gas compressor units, which has some engineering and structural advantages over the range of gas pumping units available in the market.
In order to expand production, INGC increased the production potential: in November 2021, the production building of Rusturbomash plant (previously built for the joint production of Iskra-Avigaz plant and Siemens concern) supplemented the INGC production site in Perm.
This promising investment solution will triple INGС's capabilities in the development, design and manufacture of compressor equipment and the active implementation of projects for the production of high-tech import-substituting products.
The Company has its own production facilities, the area of which totals 16 acres.
The INGC production facilities in Perm allow to produce simultaneously more than two dozen CGU and RCU (based on compressors and drives of both domestic and foreign manufacturers).
INGС uses the compressors and gas turbine drives from both domestic and foreign manufacturers for the manufacture of complete equipment (including: Baker Hughes, Thermodyn, Nuovo Pignone, Solar Turbines, Ariel, Siemens, Cooper, Dresser Rand, CAT, Howden, GEA and other companies) with which there are long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
INGC has implemented a quality management system (QMS), which is functioning effectively. Since 2014 the Company has annually confirmed compliance of its QMS with the requirements set forth in National Standard GOST R ISO 9001.
In 2019 INGC QMS was certified for compliance with the requirements set forth in SDS INTERGAZSERT and Corporate Standard STO Gazprom 9001-2018, as well as the requirements of the internationally recognized ASME standard.
INGC Company provides the entire range of works related to startup of the equipment it supplies (including supervised installation and commissioning) and after-sale services, such as maintenance, and supply of spare parts, tools, accessories and expendables.
INGC has its own service department, which allows you to carry out a wide range of work in a timely manner: maintenance and repair of foreign equipment (GTU, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, etc.).
