Design

INGC Company has localized its corporate engineering and design department. The engineering center has employed highly qualified and competent specialists, a professional team of design engineers, designers, estimators, and process engineers experienced in implementation of multiple projects related to gas pumping and power generating equipment in the Russian Federation, CIS countries and other countries. The staff of the Center includes more than 60 specialists in total.

The staff of the engineering center is capable of carrying out a wide variety of design operations, including:

Development of project and design documentation and statements of work;
Design/Spacing layout of process equipment and utility systems;
Strength calculations and gas dynamic and thermal designs;
Designing of automation , power supply and lighting systems, power equipment, I&C, and automatic control devices;
Development of design documentation in accordance with GOSTs, the Unified System of Engineering Drawings, construction design and estimate documentation, and in compliance with major requirements set forth in standards API, ISO ASTM and ASME;
Revision of foreign documents for their compliance with GOSTs and regulations to adopt them for production in the Russian Federation;
Field supervision over all cycles of project implementation.

Fields of expertise:

Design of gas pumping units and gas turbine power plants (with power range from 2.7 to 32 MW);
Design of separate systems for plants manufactured by other companies
- Easy-to-assemble hangar shelters with integrated utility systems;
- Fuel gas preparation units;
- Buffer gas booster units;
- Units of oil supply systems;
- Casings for gas turbine engines;
- Exhaust systems;
- Electrical and automatic equipment modules;
- Fire-extinguishing systems;
Design of reciprocating/screw compressor units ready-to-operate to the maximum extent (with power range 30 to 8,000 kW);
Design of compression units with complete piping;
Adaptation of imported modular process solutions for gas compression;
Adaptation of systems for imported gas turbine power plants with power up to 160 MW;
Development and deployment of automated process control systems, including local control systems;
Participation in manufacturer's acceptance testing of separate systems and modules;
Arranging for certification of products

Within the framework of project implementation, INGC Company is partners with leading global and domestic manufacturers of compressor and gas turbine equipment, including BH / General Electric / Nuovo Pignone / Thermodyn ,Solar Turbines, Siemens AG / Dresser Rand, PJSC Aviadvigatel - ODK ,JSC REP Holding ,PJSC “Iskra” Research & Production Company ,Ariel Corporation ,Kobelco ,Caterpillar ,Howden , and GEA Grasso .

Localization of design:

For the first time in Russia, our Company has implemented a project of localization of design and manufacture of gas turbine power plants based on engines manufactured by Solar Turbines Company (Taurus 60).

The documents developed by our Company comply with all the requirements set forth by the developer of the engines.

Objectives:

The Center is aimed at development of novel types of products. The creative and innovative design approach is supported by invention and utility model patents. Our Company has more than 25 invention and utility model patents for “Irtysh” gas pumping units, reciprocating compressor units, and screw compressor units.
