Occupational Safety and Health

Creation of a safe occupational environment and assurance of industrial safety are among the major lines of corporate activity of INGC Company.

Every year the Company takes measures aimed at improvement of the occupational environment and increase of the industrial safety level, which are implemented within the framework of the occupational and industrial safety management system.  

Our Company has the following priorities:

• Creation of safe work spaces and assurance of accident-free production processes;
• Equipping Company’s structural units with protective equipment required for safe operations;
• Training of employees in occupational safety, fire and electrical safety and height safety standards and first aid in case of occupational accidents;
• Providing Company’s employees with efficient personal protective equipment and protective clothes and footwear; and
• Engaging Company’s employees to the process of risk identification and development of actions on improvement of (and increase in) industrial safety.

The Company commits to fulfilling its obligations on arrangement for pre-employment and regular medical and mental status examinations for its employees; on performing special assessment of working conditions at work places; and on insuring its employees against occupational accidents and injuries and diseases.
