The Company Has Commenced Manufacture of 2 Sets of GPA-16 MW “Irtysh” for Booster Compressor Station “Dengizkul” to Be Delivered to Uzbekistan

Design of 2 sets of GPA-16 MW “Irtysh” (based on centrifugal compressor 2BCL608 and gas turbine engine Nova 16LT manufactured by Baker Hughes) for Booster Compressor Station “Dengizkul” has been completed as provided by the initial activity progress schedule. The equipment in expected to be manufactured and delivered to JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” (Uzbekistan) in 2021.  

The design documentation has been delivered to the production facility and workshops of the Company, which have already commenced manufacturing 2 sets of GPA-16 MW “Irtysh” for the project. At the present moment the assembly and welding sections of the plant are manufacturing the skid, control module, and fuel gas preparation module. Components and major units of the gas pumping units are being assembled. 

At the end of 2020 the Company’s plant in Perm manufactured and delivered 2 sets of GPA-8 “Irtysh” with gas turbine engine АИ-336-2-8 (manufactured by Motor Sich) and centrifugal compressor PCL504 (manufactured by Baker Hughes) to Facility 11.1 (Booster Compressor Station “Alan”); and 2 sets of GPA-8 “Irtysh” with gas turbine engine АИ-336-2-8 (manufactured by JSC Motor Sich) and centrifugal compressor PCL504 (manufactured by Baker Hughes) to Facility 11.2 (Booster Compressor Station “Alan”) to Facility 11.2 (Booster Compressor Station “Zevardy”). 
At the present moment the 4 “Irtysh” series gas pumping units are in the process of installation.
