Quality system

INGC Company has implemented a quality management system, which is functioning effectively. Since 2014 the Company has annually confirmed compliance of its QMS with the requirements set forth in National Standard GOST R ISO 9001. In 2019 INGC QMS was certified by Association for Certification “Russian Register” for compliance with the requirements set forth in Corporate Standard STO Gazprom 9001-2018 and ASME.

Scope of the Quality Management System:

Design, manufacture, installation supervision, installation, commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service of reciprocating and screw compressor units, gas pumping units, process units, gas turbine power plants, auxiliary systems of gas pumping units and centrifugal compressors for machine building, fuel and energy and civil complexes.  

All products manufactured by our Company are covered by all required authorizations (certificates and permits).

For the production and supply of the products abroad, INGC LLC met all the necessary requirements and certified the production for compliance with ISO 9001-2015 and ASME standards.

The high level of qualification and quality of production of INGK LLC received another confirmation!

The company received certificates:  

1. Certificate of conformity for the product type "Compressor units" (according to TU 3643-001-66862157-2020 amend. 9 - using both reciprocating and screw compressors);

2. Certificate of Conformity for the product type "Gas pumping units Irtysh series", including: 
       
- Gas pumping units with a centrifugal compressor and driven by a gas turbine engine according to TU  28.99.39-005-668662157-2019, TU 3647-006-668662157-2017, TU 3647-007-668662157-2017 

- Gas pumping units driven by an electric motor according to TU 28.99.39-011-66862157-2019, TU  3643-001-66862157-2010

- Gas compressor units driven by a gas piston engine according to TU 3643-001-66862157-2010
