In the framework of implementation of the project “Further Development of Cenomanian-Aptian Deposits of Bovanenkovskoye Oil, Gas and Condensate Field. Stage 4. Power Generation Package (phase 2, stage 2) at Industrial Base GP-2 of Bovanenkovskoye Oil, Gas and Condensate Field”, in 2021, INGC LLC manufactured two GTEA-1201 (No.0484 and No.0485) gas turbine power generating units of 12MW unit power at its production facilities in Perm and delivered them for Nadym branch of Gazprom Invest LLC in a timely manner.
Specialists of INGC LLC, having the relative positive experience, have worked out alternatives for manufacturing and delivery of the required workshop equipment as well as technical solutions for GTEA-1202 unit which ensure the project implementation in accordance with the requirements specified in the technical part of the procurement documentation.
GTEA-1201 was manufactured and delivered in accordance with the technical assignment (12.0000.000ТЗ) which had been agreed upon and approved in the core-business departments of Gazprom PJSC in due manner.
The solutions we propose for GTEA-12MW involve the use of main components of domestic production as part of a gas turbine power plant: gas turbine drive – GTU-12PG-2 (manufactured by ODK-PM JSC); turbine generator set – TS-12 (manufactured by Elektrotyazhmash-Privod LLC) with the microprocessor based excitation system. Output voltage of the generators is 10.5 kV. All GTEA-12MW equipment is located in the easy-to-assemble enclosure. The power generator unit is equipped with the automated process control system by Sistema-Service. Exhaust from the waste heat exchanger is made by Ukhtateplomash LLC (Ukhta Experimental Mechanical Plant). INGC has manufactured the GTEA set of components and delivered a control system to synchronize the operation of all gas turbine power plants of the field.
For the time being, in the presence of the equipment installation supervision personnel of INGC LLC, in line with the Customer’s schedule, installation of GTEA-1201 units has been completed and necessary range of commissioning work has been performed. Their putting into operation will take place after the comprehensive testing of the Power Generation Package scheduled for December, 2023.
