Well-coordinated and purposeful work of the team of INGC specialists aimed at certifying of our “Gas Turbine Power Plants (GTPP)” in INTERGAZCERT Voluntary Certification System and including them in the Unified Register of Products Approved for Use in Gazprom Group Companies has been successfully completed!
“Gas Turbine Power Plants (GTPP)” manufactured by INGC LLC:
- they have been included in the Unified Register of Material and Equipment of Gazprom PJSC with the nomenclature code (OKPD-2 (All-Russian classifier of products by type of economic activity)): 27.11.32.120 (record ID: 006655);
- they have successfully undergone certification in INTERGAZCERT Voluntary Certification System and obtained a Product Type Compliance Certificate for “Gas Turbine Power Plants (GTPP)”.
Information Statement:
In framework of implementation of the project “Further Development of Cenomanian-Aptian Deposits of Bovanenkovskoye Oil-Gas Condensate Field. Stage 4. Power Generation Package (phase 2, stage 2) at “Industrial Base GP-2 of Bovanenkovskoye Oil-Gas Condensate Field”. Two main gas turbine power plants GTEA-1201 (No.0484 and No.0485) of 12MW unit power have been developed, manufactured and delivered for Nadym branch of Gazprom Invest LLC in a timely manner.
GTEA-1201 has been developed in accordance with the “Plan for Manufacturing of GTEA-12 Gas Turbine Power Plants” approved by the Energy Division of Department 308 of Gazprom PJSC and it has been manufactured in accordance with the Technical Assignment (12.0000.000 ТЗ) in the appropriate manner agreed by the operating and design organizations and approved by the relevant departments of Gazprom PJSC.
Modern and reliable technical solutions tested by operation of the units developed and supplied by INGC are used in the design of the plant systems; the plant includes: GTU-12PG-2 drive developed by UEC-Aviadvigatel JSC (Perm); TS-12-2RUHLZ turbine-generator set developed and manufactured by Elektrotyazhmash-Privod LLC (Lysva); and waste heat recovery unit developed and manufactured by UEMZ CJSC (Ukhta) (vertical exhaust system for the gas turbine power plant with 14.2 MW waste heat recovery unit). Fuel injection equipment that doesn’t have defects of the fuel metering units of previous modifications and allows using the distributed ACS unit with enhanced survivability and response speed (based on the Russian controllers of “Orion” type developed and manufactured by Scientific and Production Firm “System-Service” JSC, St. Petersburg) has been used in the new GTU-12PG-2 design for the gas turbine power plant.
The design bureau and the gas turbine power plant manufacturer are a single manufacturing complex of INGC which has personnel for installation supervision and commissioning of the units of any capacity and with any set of components.
The first two GTEA-12MW have been fully localized by us in the Russian Federation, manufactured and successfully put into operation at Gazprom Dobycha Nadym LLC (as part of implementation of the Gazprom Invest LLC project: Power Generation Package at Bovanenskoe Oil-Gas Condensate Field); they have undergone a cycle of pilot tests and subsequent pilot operation in accordance with the Program and Methodology approved by Gazprom PJSC. The operating time has already exceeded 10.000 hours.
INGC is ready for the subsequent replication of GTEA-12MW localized in the Russian Federation (10-20 sets annually) for the projects of Gazprom PJSC – after completion of coordination and approval of the Technical Specifications – in accordance with the requirements of Gazprom PJSC, Technical Specifications (TU) for GTEA-12MW have been already prepared on the basis of the coordinated Technical Assignment which are at the final stage of being approved.
