Installation Operations at Booster Compressor Stations “Alan” and “Zevardy” (Uzbekistan) Are in Progress

In 2020 the Company’s plant in Perm manufactured and delivered equipment to the following facilities:

Booster Compressor Station “Alan”:
2 sets of GPA-8 “Irtysh” based on gas turbine engine АИ-336-2-8 (JSC Motor Sich) and centrifugal compressor PCL504 (Baker Hughes);

Booster Compressor Station “Zevardy”:
2 sets of GPA-8 “Irtysh” based on gas turbine engine АИ-336-2-8 (JSC Motor Sich) and centrifugal compressor PCL504 (Baker Hughes).

The full cycle of development of design documentation, manufacture, and delivery of the 4 GPA-8 sets was completed by specialists of INGC Company within 6 months, which is a record term for manufacture of gas pumping units both for our Company and for the entire market.  

At the present moment Booster Compressor Station “Alan” is at the second stage of installation. Critical systems have already been arranged; the gas pumping unit has been assembled; and power is being supplied to the facility. 
Booster Compressor Station “Zevardy” is also at the stage of installation. Metal structures of the compressor module have been erected; and the compressor, drive module and utility systems are being installed and assembled. The operations are performed as provided by the activity progress chart.
