During the visit taken place on January 17, 2025, the Government delegation was shown the production and industrial products of one of the systemic companies of the Russian economy (according to the Decision of the Government Commission and Letter of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation dated April 21, 2022 No. 36310/21) - the machine-building enterprise of the region – INGC LLC.
In the course of a business meeting with INGC specialists, a general sightseeing tour of the new production site located in Perm (11B Brodovsky Trakt St) was held and capabilities of INGC in development, design, manufacture and implementation of projects for production of such high-tech import-substituting products as GPUs, GTEAs and CUs in pre-fabricated large-blocks and ready-to-operate modules were demonstrated.
The delegation was shown the production areas of INGC with the modern process equipment, features of the manufacturing processes and dynamics of development and the personnel growth were highlighted. The company has more than 20 delivery regions including the Russian Federation, CIS countries and far-abroad countries (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Congo, Cameroon, etc.).
The latest in-house development of INGC: АА-2000 gas turbine engine (GTE) of radial type and “Irtysh” gas turbine power plant (GTEA-2000) based on AA-2000 GTE was of particular interest.
Production of AA-2000 gas turbine engine has been completely localized in the Russian Federation.
Currently, the installation of modules and components of “Irtysh” GTEA-2000 test bench on the test site has been completed. Tie-in and gas connection to the test bench has been scheduled for the end of January, 2025 and factory tests have been scheduled for February-March, 2025. All works are carried out in accordance with the schedule. For the purpose of further development of “Irtysh” GTEA-2000 product application, design and development work has been started to adapt it to operation using the associated petroleum gas with up to 5% hydrogen sulfide content as well as using AA-2000 gas turbine engine as a drive of the centrifugal compressor (as part of mobile GPU).
