On May, 22, the delegation from Uzbekistan arrived to Perm on an official visit. The head of the delegation, Minister of Energy of the Republic, Jurabek Mirzamahmudov, and Governor of the Perm Krai, Dmitry Makhonin, held negotiations with the managers of Perm companies: INGC LLC, Novomet-Perm JSC, Meridian LLC and had a look at their products.
Perm industrialists presented a wide range of the manufactured products: gas pumping units, compressor units, gas turbine power plants, borehole pumps, engineering products, personal protective equipment, mining equipment, etc.
Partners from Uzbekistan are primarily interested in the delivery of domestic high-technology products as well as in organization of joint production in all areas of development of the country’s fuel and energy complex for which all necessary conditions have been provided including preferential treatment for enterprises in the territories of technology parks of Uzbekistan.
The results of the visit will become a basis for the Roadmap of interaction between Perm Krai and Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan (document will be signed in the near future). Approval of such a Roadmap is a unique example for cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Russian industrial region – Perm Krai.
