In April of the last year, INGC proceeded to the implementation of its next project: Reconstruction (Overhaul) of 1MW Reciprocating Compressor Unit (RCU) for Zarubezhneft-Dobycha Kharyaga LLC.
The main RCU-030 component base was delivered by the Customer to INGC plant in Perm, namely: 2SHMB/2 reciprocating compressor (RC) (Nuovo Pignone) and AND 500 M6R BABM electric motor (ABB).
Over the period of 3 months, a careful incoming inspection, defect identification and process equipment inspection was conducted to evaluate operational suitability of the components as well as testing of the components was carried out. At the same time, specialists from INGC Design Bureau developed design documentation for the RCU restoration.
At the end of 2023, the manufacturing cycle of new RCU components such as buffer tanks, piping, maintenance platforms and other necessary structures was completed; and check assembly of PCU-030 component base was made on the prototype frame manufactured at INGC manufacturing site.
