At INGC production site, the manufacturing of TKA-2502 turbocompressor unit for Angarsk Polymer Plant JSC has been completed.
The project included manufacturing and commissioning of 25MW turbocompressor unit designed to compress process gas from the pyrolysis of crude hydrocarbons. This turbocompressor unit was based on the centrifugal compressor manufactured by Shenyang Blower Works Group Corporation (PRC) driven by steam turbine manufactured by Hangzhou SteamTurbines Co., Ltd (PRC).
The turbocompressor unit equipment (compressor casings, steam turbine, DGS panels, oil system components, water supply system, cabling with terminal boxes, etc.) are installed on the existing foundation considering weight-and-dimensional characteristics of the packages, delivery capabilities and place of installation at the operation facility and they are delivered fully prefabricated.
