Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, arrived in Perm Krai on a working visit and, together with Dmitry Makhonin, the Governor of Perm Krai, visited the key research and technology centers and the most important industrial enterprises of the region.
During the visit taken place on May 30, 2025 to the production site of INGC LLC, the machine-building enterprise (11B Brodovsky trakt St), the Government delegation was demonstrated the production and industrial products of the company being one of the systemic companies of the Russian economy (according to the Decision of the Government Commission and Letter of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation dated April 21, 2022 No. 36310/21). The delegation was shown the production areas of INGC LLC plant in Perm with the modern high-technology equipment and design bureau of the company.
In the course of a business meeting, the company’s capabilities in development, design, manufacturing and implementation of the projects for manufacture of such high-tech import-substituting products as compressor units (CU), gas turbine power plants (GTEA), gas pumping units (GPU) of modular type and fully fully-shop assembled as well as components and systems for CUs, GTEAs and GPUs for other manufactures (as part of industrial and production cooperation) have been demonstrated.
But the latest in-house development of INGC – АА-2000 gas turbine engine (GTE) of radial type and “Irtysh” gas turbine power plant (GTEA-2000) based on AA-2000 GTE was of particular interest to the Government delegation.
The company’s CEO, Oleg Vitalievich Bychkov, demonstrated to the delegation a completed test bench “Irtysh” GTEA-2000 at the plant site of INGC LLC which in the very near future will undergo load operational tests. He emphasizes the advantages of “Irtysh” GTEA-2000 project with AA-2000 gas turbine engine drive compared to the gas reciprocating engines of similar power and conventional axial gas turbine aircraft engines, and at the end of the visit he answered all questions of the Government delegation.
